Cancellation & Deposit Policy

To cancel a reservation, please allow 60 days notice prior to scheduled check-in date.
Less than this period of time will result in a charge of 50% of the total reservation on your credit card.

Please note:

• No shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
• Securing your reservation alongside a credit card means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.
• For all reservations made sixty (60) days in advance, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your stay is required. For all reservations made thirty (30) days in advance there will be a cancellation fee of $100.00. For fourteen (14) days notice of cancellation, an amount equal to your stay for the reserved room or suite will be due.
